EuroCucina 2026 | Booking & attendance conditions 

Cancellation policy:  
I acknowledge that I can cancel my binding event booking free of charge until 29 August 2025 at the latest by sending us written notification. In the event of later cancellation, I am obliged to pay the agreed remuneration even if I do not make use of the services.

Payment processing: 
We will handle the entire payment process, as hotel rooms, trade fair tickets and transfers have been booked centrally by us in advance and will subsequently be charged to the participants. This also applies if a participant or a third party registered by them does not make use of the booked services (e.g. due to late cancellation or non-arrival). 

In such cases, we will process your data for the purpose of issuing the invoice via our accounting software. If you participate in central settlement, the invoice will be settled via IHT's central settlement system. In all other cases, you will receive the invoices by post or digitally.

Tourist tax:  
The prices quoted include the local tax applicable in Baveno (Italy). For both private and business trips, a tourist tax of €3 per person per day is currently levied in Baveno. 

Trade fair ticket: 
The booked trade fair packages include the respective trade visitor ticket for the EuroCucina trade fair as part of the Salone del Mobile. Milano 2026.

Disclaimer:  
As the organiser, MHK accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to items belonging to event participants, in particular for cloakroom items, or for any other financial losses incurred by event participants. This does not apply to damages resulting from the breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) or to damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organiser, its legal representative(s) or a vicarious agent of the organiser. The disclaimer also does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health.

Purpose of use/note on the privacy policy:  
The data collected for registration for EuroCucina 2026 via the MHK Group, Dreieich, will be processed and used exclusively for the purpose of preparing, conducting and following up on the event and will only be stored for this purpose. For further questions regarding data protection, please refer to our data protection information, which can be viewed at any time on our homepage.

Rights of use for image and sound recordings:  
Furthermore, by registering, I/we agree that image and sound recordings made by me/us during this event may be stored and used for publication in print, film and online media for the purpose of public reporting on the event. This consent is also expressly given on behalf of all event participants registered by me/us for whom I/we are authorised to give this declaration of consent. You naturally have the option of objecting to the targeted individual recording of your person on site.
