Please carefully review your registration confirmation and hotel booking. For any corrections, changes, new bookings, or cancellations*, please notify us in writing at events@mhk.de. Changes must be received by March 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
After this deadline, corrections, changes, new bookings, and/or cancellations* can only be made on-site at the "MHK Reception Counters."
For the first time this year, you will receive an electronic ticket (e-ticket) along with your registration confirmation. You also have the option to conveniently store your ticket in your digital wallet. This electronic ticket is mandatory for using the "MHK Self-Check-in" service.
To register, please visit one of the "MHK Self-Check-ins" in the Rotunda, where you will receive your name badge. Please wear your name badge throughout the event. This is necessary to access the event using the electronic entry system.
Access to workshops (prior registration for the selected program required) is only possible with a name badge.
Hourly shuttle buses will operate between the hotels and the ESTREL conference hotel. On Friday, buses will run between 9:00 AM and 1:00 AM, and on Saturday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 AM. Please note that there will be a time change on the night of March 29-30, 2025.
