MHK stays the course

At its Annual General Meeting in Berlin, MHK Group emphasises its responsibility to open up additional sales and growth opportunities for its member showrooms. In 2025, The MHK Group is expanding its architecture of future-oriented business models to include two new franchise systems with the aim of opening up additional sales opportunities with new customer target groups for its members: YCON, an innovative brand concept for the lifestyle-oriented kitchen purchase of the urban generation, and “Bad & Body”, a concept that provides an entry point into the growth market of low-impact bathroom modernisation. During the AGM, the MHK Group also presented its financial figures. In the 2024 financial year, MHK was able to attract new members.

As of 31 December 2024, the MHK Group had 4,310 member showrooms, an increase of 77 over the previous year. In total, MHK shareholders generated gross sales of €9.197 billion. Looking ahead to 2025, MHK is well positioned to ensure business growth with innovative offers.

MHK CEO Volker Klodwig

In view of the continued economic uncertainty, MHK CEO Volker Klodwig emphasised the responsibility that the MHK Group is taking on: "We have already used the past few years to further refine the range of services offered by our system partners and to expand our services in the areas of marketing support and digitalisation. Now we are using 2025 to expand the range of our business models so that our shareholders can expand their business with new customer target groups.

For the MHK Group, this is the core of the group idea – together we can achieve what strengthens the individual. We have presented and are convinced that we are giving our shareholders an excellent starting point for future- and success-oriented business decisions with both proven and new business models.”
